We Slept Through New Year |
I remember when I used to stay up late just so I can text all my friends a "Happy New Year". This year, we were well asleep before midnight. We could blame no longer being in our twenties or parenthood. It's all good. It's just as amazing to wake up to 2017. I'm not sure if 2016 has been kind to you or not, either way, I bet it was a year you learnt and grew a lot. I'm so grateful we earned yet another year of memories. A new day should be treated like the new year. As long as there is tomorrow, there is a chance to create a better you for a joyful life. Walk through life with a grateful attitude and it will light up your heart. No matter where you go, the spark within will take you through the darkness. Happy new year everyone!
